Yet she has a strong will and she'll look out for her friends as much as she can. Due to years of bullying, she doesn't have much self-esteem so she's stuck in Osiris Red until she gains a backbone and some confidence. History: Fuuka grew up near a Shinto shrine which her mother served as a Miko. Because of this or perhaps its genetic in some way, she developed the ability to sense spirits and see them which scared the crap out of her when she was younger. She spent much of her time worrying that others might see her as a freak for being able to see spirits so she didn't make much friends. Many sensed this and bullied her and this made her even more shy and afraid of what they'll do if they find out about her powers. Thus she developed the ability to sense how far away people are and this became useful in avoiding bullies as much as she can. In middle school she picked up cooking and Duel Monsters. While her attempts at cooking were dismal at best due to her low self esteem, she fared a bit better at dueling (yet avoided those who were loads better than her). During her junior year in high school, her parents decided that transferring to a school where one plays card games all the time will be a good idea. And for some reason Duel Academy is a great place to send a shy psychic with very little self-confidence to (but hey, she can start over with this 'friend' thing, right?). They win the Parent(s) of the Year Award, yes/no/cake? Extra Abilities: She can sense/see spirits (ghosts/Duel Spirits/semi-omnipotent gods/whatever) all over the place. She can also sense other people's presense miles away (range depends how much she's concentrating). And if you value your health, do not taste her cooking (which will improve when she gains more confidence and stuff). At all. Multi-fandom Specials: Series: Persona 3 Adapted or Crossover: She doesn't have Lucia (which is the thing next to her in the link I pasted above) unless we decide to introduce elements of the P3 plot over here. So all she has is her ability to sense all sorts of supernatual stuff, people and things miles away (if she concentrates enough otherwise she's just knowing where the locals are by default) and to utterly fail at cooking. She'll get better though. And the bit of her living near a Shinto shrine was made up by me. \o\; | ||
